Location – Amsterdam noord. Location easily reached by public transport.

I will connect with the energy in the room and allow what wants to be sung to come through me. This will probably be a mixture of my mantras, spoken word and improvisation in the moment with you.

You are invited to do what is most nourishing for you in that moment: sing along, be silent, listen, rest, dance improvise with your voice- whatever you need to connect with yourself and allow the music to do its work. Be Welcome.
